Our Shipping Policy
All orders are handled by Paypal and credit cards are accepted.
Paypal is a trusted source for all financial transactions.
ATTENTION: Due to Homeland Security we are currently only shipping to the United States of America and Canada
All products shipped through the United States Postal Service.
Aquarium Fiberoptics is located in a small central Illinois town and uses the U.S. Postal Service for all of its shipping needs. We ship within 5 business days of order placement, and all products are constructed after the order has been placed.
Priority Mail flat rate system is used for all products and costs $13.95 per box.
(Most all items fit in one box, depending on quantity.)
Packages should arrive in 7-10 days after order placement depending on US Postal Service Speed!
Our Return Policy
When ordering fiber cable it can be cut to any length, but once it is cut, you own it and it cannot be returned.
We accept all returns from a quality viewpoint, and will replace any product that does not perform to its standards. All products are constructed upon order and quality is our priority. When fiber cable is cut it cannot be resold and it cannot be returned. If products have been modified they cannot be returned. If you have any questions please email us and we will gladly help in any way. Our customers are number one.
